School: Cypress Springs High School
Accomplishments: Distinguished Honor Roll, all six-week reports since spring 2015; commended on all STAAR tests.
Favorite class: Dance. “It is very fun. It also motivates me to exercise more because dancing is exercising and dance makes it fun. Dance class also helps me to show my feelings through dancing.”
Favorite things to do after class: “I just love to go home, take a calming shower and relax in my pajamas to cuddle up with a book to read. I love to read very much. I am in the book club at my school. I usually spend about an hour or two doing this before I start my homework. My other favorite thing to do is listen to music; it relaxes and motivates me.”
Favorite song: “Brave” by Sara Bareilles
Favorite website: YouTube. “Whenever I do not understand something in class, I look it up on YouTube and someone fully explains it to me.”
Favorite TV show: “I don’t really watch TV, but whenever I do, especially on holidays, I would watch something funny to bring up a cheery mood whenever I’m bored.”
Favorite movie: Cinderella. “She is kind to everyone, even those who are mean to her. She is very forgiving. She also knows when to stand up for herself and the right way to do it.”
Ambition: “I want to make a good difference in the world. I want to become some sort of scientist or engineer, someone in steam, to find a cure to a disease, or increase more options to treat diseases. I also want to help amputees.”
What topics/things are you passionate about? “I’m passionate about people’s feelings. I try to help others or provide any advice I can to them to make them feel happy again. I’m passionate about the environment. I care about how the environment will be to support future generations of children.”
What inspires you? “People who are kind inspire me to be kind to others. People who do good deeds inspires me to be a better person. Also, whenever I see someone with a higher grade, I tell myself that I can do better and that inspires me to be the best that I can be.”
What three things can’t you live without? Happiness, peace and love.
What are you most looking forward to this semester? “I am looking forward to improving my grades even further. Also, I look forward to making new friends and volunteering more with Key Club. I love to see people happy.”
