Cypress Woods Places Fourth at Regional Academic Meet

Cypress Woods High School tallied 108 total points to finish fourth in the team standings of the UIL Region III-5A Academics Spring Meet, held April 18-20 at Cypress Woods High School.

Other CFISD high schools scoring points were Cypress Creek (41), Cypress Falls (35), Cy-Fair (30), Cypress Ranch (20), Cypress Springs (8) and Cypress Ridge (8).

Two CFISD teams and 12 students placed in the top three of their respective events to qualify for the UIL Academic State Meet, scheduled for May 20-22 at the University of Texas at Austin.
