New Commmercial For Bridgeland Highlights Community Amentities

NEWEST COMMERICAL FOR BRIDGELAND® HIGHLIGHTS COMMUNITY AMENITIES WITH POWERFUL PRODUCTION

Spot Features ‘We’ve Arrived’ Sound Track with Break-out Artist Riley Deaver

With striking cinematography and an unforgettable sound track, the newest television commercial for Bridgeland® highlights the amenity-rich and nature-oriented lifestyle for which the 11,400-acre master planned community has become known. With more than 3,000 acres dedicated to lakes, trails and parks, Bridgeland offers the tranquility of a seemingly untouched natural environment while also providing the convenience of modern facilities – elements the community’s marketing team and advertising agency strived to depict in the newest spot.

The commercial debuted in February to coincide with the grand opening of Hidden Creek, the largest section built within Bridgeland thus far with 1,000 homesites set along 142 acres of lakes and waterways.

“We wanted viewers to really get a strong sense for what life in Bridgeland is truly like,” said Lona Shipp, Bridgeland’s Marketing Manager. “Together with John Manlove Marketing & Communications, we established a vision for the commercial that featured emotional, memorable imagery and a beautiful balance of lyrics and melody.”

Alongside the vibrant footage shot on-site by Kerry Shaw Brown of LA.B Films, the team worked with Pure Evil Music to develop an original song that would resonate with target audiences. After auditioning multiple singers, the team chose 24-year-old, Dallas-based performer Riley Deaver.

“Riley’s voice has that undeniable character we were looking for – she’s a little jazzy, a little folksy and her style really worked for the song,” said Gary Parks, Pure Evil Music’s Senior Composer.

Immediately following the commercial’s debut, viewers began to inquire about downloading the song. As a result, “We’ve Arrived,” featuring Riley Deaver by Hook Society is now available on iTunes and all other major digital music sites.

“It’s exciting to watch an up-and-coming artist like Riley Deaver take another step towards becoming a household name,” said Shipp. “With the help of Manlove, LA.B Films, Pure Evil Music and Riley’s incredible vocal abilities, we have created a spot that truly captures the essence of Bridgeland.”

Joining long-time animal advocate and TV personality, Jack Hanna, Riley Deaver will perform ‘We’ve Arrived’ on May 2 at Nature Fest, an annual event that celebrates Bridgeland’s commitment to the area’s environment and ecosystem.
