New Women’s Leadership Ministry Launching in Area

LeadHer Ministries is proud to announce the launch of its new ministry in Tomball, TX. LeadHer is a unique approach to women’s ministry that seeks to encourage, equip, and educate women to make a deeper impact on the world for Christ.

LeadHer wants to inspire women to be involved and authentic in their relationships and their leadership platforms. Founder Christie Love felt led to start a ministry that changed the view women have of themselves in reference to leadership, and challenged them to a both a deeper faith and a deeper impact.

“Starting LeadHer has taught me that God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called,” says Love. “We believe that God created each woman with a unique plan and purpose, and that LeadHer is a unique ministry that can help fulfill His purposes.”

Officially launchig in May 2011, local chapters are springing up across the nation. LeadHer provides great opportunities for businesses to show their support, gain new customers, and testify to their faith at the same time.

LeadHer also has writing and speaking teams consisting of eight well-known Christian women from around the nation who will be contributing to LeadHer Library as well as providing video curriculum for the local chapters. These women include Lyn Smith, Melissa Mashburn, Leslie Lamb, Jill Hart, Christie Love, Susan Lawrence, Chelsea Eubank, and Sarah Schieber.

Being involved in a local chapter has great benefits, including access to many of National’s resources. It’s part bible study, part networking, and part leadership training, and we’d love to share this amazing journey with more women. One of the first local chapters, in Colorado Springs, is led by Stacey Gliniewicz, who says, “I firmly believe that such a ministry will reach and quench the desire and need that so many women are looking for to develop deeper and more meaningful relationships with other women in the community.”
