My School’s Cool is a community program that awards a total of $18,000 in cash prizes to participating area schools. The competition began in the fall of 2012 and public and private schools earned points during the year, through a variety of tactics, including submitting receipts from mall purchases and promoting the program through school newsletters. My School’s Cool provides a level playing field for all schools, regardless of the number of students enrolled. Winners are chosen based on the number of points per student, allowing smaller schools to compete with bigger schools in a fair manner.

A complete list of the rules for My School’s Cool is available at the Willowbrook Mall Management Office.

Willowbrook Mall is at FM 1960 and Texas 249 in northwest Houston.
